1. AI Data Processing
Tryprepforge uses AI to generate interview questions, personalised study roadmaps, follow-up questions, ELI5 explanations, and code translations. We prioritise your privacy in how we handle this data:
- Input Data: Text you input (role descriptions, industry focus, code submissions) is sent to our AI providers via secure, encrypted channels.
- Code Execution: Code you submit through our code runner is executed in isolated sandboxed environments. Your code is not stored beyond the session.
- No Model Training: Your inputs are used solely for your session. We do not allow our third-party AI providers to use your personal data to train or improve their underlying models.
- Anonymisation: We recommend that you do not include real person names, project financials, or trade secrets in your practice sessions.
2. Account & Information Retention
We collect basic profile information from your Google account or email signup (email, name) to provide a consistent experience. We retain your preparation history including:
- Generated interview questions and sessions
- Personalised study roadmaps and progress
- Company question practice history
- Discussion posts and replies
- Subscription and billing records
3. Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe processes your payment information in accordance with PCI DSS requirements. We retain only subscription status, plan details, and transaction references.
4. Your Data Rights & Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Dashboard settings. This immediately deactivates your account, terminates active sessions, and cancels any active subscription. If you return later, logging in with the same credentials will reactivate your profile and restore your history.
To request a full data export or permanent deletion, contact us at support@tryprepforge.com.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use Tryprepforge. This collects anonymised usage data including page views, session duration, and feature usage. We use HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cookie-based authentication, rate limiting, and regular dependency vulnerability scanning. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
