In my previous position, I noticed that our team was not following best practices for password management. I proposed implementing a password manager and organized a workshop to educate the team on its benefits. Initially, there was resistance due to concerns about usability. By demonstrating its effectiveness and gathering feedback, I was able to alleviate those concerns and successfully introduce the tool, enhancing our overall password security.
